1. Your listings
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything you post. Listings must describe real products, services or opportunities that you have the right to offer.
2. Prohibited content
Do not post illegal goods or services, weapons, drugs, adult content, counterfeit items, discriminatory or hateful content, scams, or misleading information. We may remove any listing or account that violates these rules.
3. Moderation
Listings are reviewed before publication. Approval does not mean U Listed It endorses or guarantees any listing, buyer or seller.
4. Transactions
U Listed It connects buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. Users are responsible for their own communications, payments and exchanges.
5. Limitation of liability
U Listed It is provided as is. We are not liable for losses arising from listings, transactions or interactions between users.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
